In this case you duplicated List of United States presidential candidates ↗, and it wasn't even very complete. Please also remember that other republics exits outside of the United States ↗ which have presidents, and other organisations even have presidents, and as such it's always "United States presidential candidates" rather than "presidential candidates". ::To clarify: Candidates such as Gurley L. Martin, John Kemper, Greg Leichty, Ed Marksberry, Bennie J. Smith in the Kentucky Senate race are not what the Wikipedia guidelines that NatGertler mentioned refer to. They are unknown candidates with nothing significantly notable other than the fact that they are extreme long-shots as candidates. These are people that really have no reasonable shot at having a Wikipedia page, for good reasons, and would likely remain on the page for eternity as broken links. Hi. I see that you are new to article creation and to the AfD process. Try not to get discouraged. It takes a while to learn the ropes, and, as you have discovered the hard way, pages on candidates for House seats are very rarely kept - a policy that exists for excellent reasons. They can, however, be kept when a candidate is drawing an extraordinarily attention (the kind of coverage Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ↗ has gotten,) or when s/he has domes something earlier in life that is sufficiently notable to support an article with WP:SIGCOV ↗, even though no one had created such an article before the campaign. It is not especially useful to iVote to "keep" articles at AfD. What can keep articles at AfD is hard work of by editors willing to build the article with reliable sources that actually meet the requirements of WP:SIGCOV ↗. Bypassing redirects

Hi, I noticed in your edits to college lists that some of your changes to wikilinks have no apparent reason other than to bypass a redirect. Please note that per WP:NOTBROKEN ↗, those changes are generally not recommended and they can be counter-productive. For example, you removed links to Gorham State College ↗ and Northern Conservatory of Music ↗, which should probably be expanded into articles someday, and replaced them with links to the physical facilities where those schools were housed, which will be less-than-useful once those articles exist. Hi, I noticed that you re-added non-free images because its "only in use on this article now since it was an issue otherwise". The issue actually is that the images fail WP:NFCC#1 ↗, which states that there must not be no free equivalent that is currently available or can become available in order to use it.
