30px|link=|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello Hila Livne! Your additions to :Controlled atmosphere ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible ↗ copyright license. (''To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues.
- You can only copy/translate a ''small'' amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation mark ↗s (") and cite the source using an inline citation ↗. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content ↗ in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners ↗, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information ''in your own words and structure'', in proper paraphrase ↗. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems ↗, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing ↗. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify ↗ the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research ↗.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use ↗ images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria ↗ in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If ''you'' own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you ''may'' be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, ''to the world'', into either the public domain ↗ (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible ↗ copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. See also Help:Translation#License requirements ↗.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked ↗ from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-copyright-new --> <span style="font-size:75%;border:2px solid red;border-radius:50px;font-color:#008"><span style="color:#008;"> <b>Spintendo</b> </span></span> 13:23, 30 August 2022 (UTC)

Orit Fouks Rotem ↗ moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Orit Fouks Rotem ↗, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable ↗, independent sources ↗. <small>(? ↗)</small> Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability ↗ is of central importance ↗ on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace ↗ (with a prefix of "<code>Draft:</code>" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline ↗ and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. <span style="color:#b257f7">echidnaLives</span> - <span style="color:#fcaa3f">talk</span> - <span style="color:#3f78fc">edits</span> ↗ 02:03, 25 November 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Autistic shutdown ↗
48px|left|alt=|link= ↗
{{Quote box|quote=<p>If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article ↗.</p><p>You may want to consider using the Article Wizard ↗ to help you create articles.</p>|width=20%|align=right}}
A tag has been placed on :Autistic shutdown ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement ↗. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.autismparentingmagazine.com/manage-autism-shutdown/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of ''information'', but not as a source of ''sentences''. This part is crucial: ''say it in your own words''. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators '''will be blocked from editing ↗'''.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you ''must'' verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗ for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy ↗ for more details, or ask a question here ↗.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. <!-- Template:Db-copyvio-notice --> '''Sandy'''<span style="color: green;">Georgia</span> (Talk) 15:31, 27 July 2023 (UTC)

You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Introduction to contentious topics
{{ivmbox | image = Commons-emblem-notice.svg |imagesize=50px | bg = #E5F8FF | text = You have recently edited a page related to '''the Arab–Israeli conflict ↗''', a topic designated as '''contentious ↗'''. A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as ''contentious topics''. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit <strong>carefully</strong> and <strong>constructively</strong>, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

''Screams Before Silence''
Hello, Hila Livne! Thank you for your contributions to the article about ''Screams Before Silence ↗''. I noticed several incorrect uses of prepositions in English -- "on" instead of "in". I'm assuming that English is not your native language, and prepositions can be very tricky. I'll also add that I removed some hyperlinks that you added. My intention was to delete repeated hyperlinks, and unless I made a mistake, I only removed those terms where a link was already provided. (Or moved it to the first mention of the term.) Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, ''':התיבה של נוח (סרט 2024) ↗'''. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – ''':Noah's Ark (2024 film) ↗'''. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion ↗. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at :Noah's Ark (2024 film) ↗. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page ↗.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Trump plan for the Gaza Strip ↗

A tag has been placed on :Trump plan for the Gaza Strip ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion ↗, at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/United_States_proposed_takeover_of_the_Gaza_Strip ↗. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the {{Querylink|Special:Log|qs=type=delete&page=Trump+plan+for+the+Gaza+Strip|deleting administrator}}, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here ↗. <!-- Template:Db-repost-notice --><!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> Golikom (talk) 12:37, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

Miriam Lives in a Kibbutz
I rewrote the article you started, Miriam Lives in a Kibbutz ↗, to fix language/grammar errors. While I think I did a reasonable job for most of the article, I'm not so sure about the last sentence in the (now named) section "2014 documentary", so please take a look.<br>
The references are not in English. While that's acceptable, it is not ideal. Based on what I could figure out from the AI ↗ translation of those references, the references do not support that statement. I am not 100% sure that the sentence, as I wrote it, even reflects what you had intended to write. Green Montanan (talk) 18:47, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
:@Green Montanan Hi, this is highly appriciated since I am not a native English speaker but I still though this article was important, I will review it again and will try to find more references in English, thanks Hila Livne (talk) 18:50, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
::You removed tags ↗ questioning the validity of the content. That doesn't clarify the contradiction in the content.<br>
::How could the 2014 documentary contain footage from 1970 if the documentary filmmaker did not start her career until 1987? It's a little doubtful that the footage is from the personal collection of the families because back in 1970, 35 years before the invention of the smart phone ↗, it was not common for individuals to create videos. So something doesn't add up. Green Montanan (talk) 18:58, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
:::In the movie, director Dvorit Shargal ↗ interviews the kids from the book who are now grown ups, they show her pictures of them with Riwkin-Brick a short while before she passed away. In fact she was living in Sweden but visited Israel many times, one of those times she was diagnosed with cancer and started treatment which did not help, she died in an Israeli hospital in Tel aviv on 1970,. Before that whe she was hospitalized in Zefat ↗ (you can see on the map it's close to Neot Mordechai ↗ where they lived) she asked for the childern to visit her, and gave them presents. Hope that makes sence Hila Livne (talk) 19:14, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
::::@Green Montanan forgot to tag Hila Livne (talk) 19:14, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
:::::So I updated the article ↗ based on what you wrote.
:::::# The documentary shows photos, not footage, from the visit
:::::# The visit was not a deathbed visit, if she died somewhere else
:::::# Neot Mordechai ↗ is the setting for the book
:::::Green Montanan (talk) 19:39, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
::::::correct ! thank you again @Green Montanan Hila Livne (talk) 19:43, 6 May 2025 (UTC)

I'm unable to give this further attention at the moment, but I'd like to offer some advice that makes it easier for reviewers to assess the notability of a subject. Instead of writing that the subject was covered in sources, say what those sources have said and then cite to them. Consider:

- {{xt|In 2000, producer David Heyman met Daniel Radcliffe while he was at the theatre with his father, a well-known literary agent whom Heyman was friends with.<ref name=":01">{{cite news|last=Bradley|first=Bill|date=30 December 2016|title=The Hilarious Reason Daniel Radcliffe Was Cast As Harry Potter|url=https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/the-real-reason-daniel-radcliffe-was-cast-as-harry-potter_n_585b7664e4b0d9a594572683|work=The Huffington Post|access-date=22 December 2022|archive-date=26 December 2022|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20221226090522/https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/the-real-reason-daniel-radcliffe-was-cast-as-harry-potter_n_585b7664e4b0d9a594572683|url-status=live}}</ref>}}
I hope that makes sense. I bring it up because going through the sources, I think it would be best on expanding what has been said about the subject, instead of saying "things have been said about the subject". I hope that helps. Let me know if there's more writing you'd like me to take a look at. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 19:26, 5 May 2026 (UTC)
