I've edited your draft and left some meaningful edit summaries to fulfil the feedback request. By the way, it's generally recommended to create articles in draft space rather than user space. The reason is that if something is in draft space, if another editor starts a draft on the same topic, they get shown that there's something already there. Given that your topic is somewhat obscure, you are probably safe, though. Furthermore, I reckon your draft is good enough for you to submit it for review. I hope this is helpful. Copying licensed material requires attribution



Hi. I see in a recent addition to :Water pollution in the Canterbury Region ↗ you included material from a webpage that is available under a compatible Creative Commons Licence. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. It's also required under the terms of the license. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. :@Andykatib@Hillmenco There is more extensive coverage of wastewater in Wellington, including the current major failure, in the "specialist topic" article: Water supply and sanitation in the Wellington Region#Wastewater ↗. I did add a short mention of the current wastewater disaster into the Wellington ↗ article, but it got reverted for reasons that I don't agree with. I will give it a few days and then put something back into the Wellington article. At this stage, I don't think a separate article about the Moa Point treatment plant failure is needed, but we can make another call on this as the resolution unfolds over the next few months._Marshelec (talk) 05:44, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
