Speedy deletion of :Sarotech ↗

This edit summary ↗ indicates the misunderstanding. You are confusing "historical" with "it's all in the past". You either didn't read or didn't grasp what the article historical region ↗ says: "The fundamental principle underlying this view is that older political and mental structures exist which exercise greater influence on the spatial-social identity of individuals than is understood by the contemporary world, bound to and often blinded by its own worldview - e.g. the focus on the nation-state". :*Yes, welcome to Wikipedia! – It's good that you also joined us in 2011, after I was already around since 2005.
:*Anyway, there was tacit consensus to keep it. The original creator of the deletion request, ''The Banner'', did not answer questions, and was very careless in treating this request. Which has been evident from the way they write (very sloppy answers).

UNFCCC template
Hi! You've added the template to various pages recently, such as on Least developed countries ↗ (diff ↗), but the image is very large at 1000px. I'm also not sure I understand the relevance of the image to some of the articles. I could resize the image to be a thumbnail, but then it wouldn't look very good, so I'm thinking of just removing it. What do you think? Miles Wagner (talk) 04:51, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
:I've gone ahead and removed the image from all articles except for List of parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ↗. It's a nice but very large image and most of its information was not really relevant to these articles. On the remaining article, I changed its alignment to center so the text doesn't flow around it. When you have some free time, you should probably remove the watermark on it as per WP:WATERMARK ↗. Thanks! Miles Wagner (talk) 18:13, 28 August 2025 (UTC)

Hello, Saippuakauppias. This message concerns the Articles for Creation ↗ submission or draft ↗ page you started, "Iso Oerlikon ↗".

Hi, the United States has withdrawn from the UNFCCC.https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/07/climate/trump-withdrawal-climate-treaty-international-agreements ↗ I was wondering if you could update UNFCCC Party Groupings.svg to reflect as such? Thanks! मल्ल (talk) 17:16, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
:Thank you, well spotted! However, "[a]s a matter of international law, Article 25 of the UNFCCC permits States [...] to withdraw following one year of notice. U.S. withdrawal will therefore take effect one year after the United States submits its notice of withdrawal." https://www.justsecurity.org/128687/implications-us-withdrawal-unfccc/ ↗ And hence, I will not change anything for the time being. Thanks for notifying though! Saippuakauppias ⇄ ↗ 23:20, 21 January 2026 (UTC)
