Adding candidates below NOTA - West Bengal

Hello. I noticed that you have been adding candidates to the result tables in West Bengal who received votes, way less than NOTA, in hundreds. I suggest you to please remove them as the tables become unnecessarily long due to addition of such candidates. In some places, the number of independent candidates can cross 20-30.
