For an article to exist, there have to be multiple '''independent''' sources that provide '''substantial coverage'''. Even if information is true, it has to meet these rules for an article to exist. The sources on the article just listed Mr. Qassab's degrees and positions, rather than talking at length about who he is and what he does.
