Hi there. Just to let you know, apropos of this edit ↗, that we don't usually remove or edit other people's text on Talk pages (unless archiving or otherwise allowed restructuring) as it tends to confuse other readers and runs the risk of annoying the author. I can see, believe me, how you would want to, but it's just not what we do! There's mention of it in places such as WP:EQ ↗ (section 2), WP:TPG ↗ (section 1.6.1) and no doubt others ... one could grow old looking through this stuff so I hope you will not mind my quick pointer, which is offered absolutely in the spirit of co-operation and in the hope of helping, not annoying! :) Thanks and best wishes 138.37.199.206 ↗ (talk) 13:35, 17 December 2012 (UTC)

Considerations for Cristiano Amon Page
Hi BBCLCD. My name is Clare Conley and I work for Qualcomm ↗. I was working on a draft page about CEO Cristiano Amon ↗ to submit to Articles for Creation, when you beat me to it and created the page. I did my best to merge our two drafts into an expanded version here ↗ and I was hoping you might take a look at my proposed version. Since I am affiliated with the subject of the article, WP:COI ↗ requires that I propose the draft to an impartial editor like you for consideration, in order to make sure I am not adding promotion or bias content.
Let me know if you are willing to take a look at the draft or if there is any other way I can be of assistance. ConleyClare (talk) 18:30, 13 September 2022 (UTC)
:Will look at the proposed changes in a week. BBCLCD (talk) 07:41, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
::Have reviewed your draft:
Thank you for adding information to the article about Amon I created initially. I am not able to verify some of the references you gave, as I don't have access to some of them.
The part "Personal Life" mentions his hobbies. I would delete this part, as hobbies are normally not mentioned on WP. However, it would be interesting to know, whether Amon is married and has children.
It is preferrable to change/add to the existing text rather than replacing it entirely. In particular, maintain the categories already published.
I wonder whether all the "Notes" are needed.
Once your changes are published, I could make some minor improvements such as adding wikilinks. BBCLCD (talk) 14:35, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
:: ConleyClare: In the meantime, I have updated my original version using some of the info you provided. However, I left out many parts of your draft, such as all the Notes, some of the career achievements and his hobbies. If you would like to add essential info, you can do this. I then will review your additions.--BBCLCD (talk) 09:10, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
:::Thanks {{ping|BBCLCD}}. I've revised the draft to trim Amon's hobbies, add his family, and remove the Notes section per your feedback. I agree regarding preserving the Categories, but didn't want to put the draft page itself into those categories by adding them to the draft page.
:::For any citations you cannot access, if you give me the citation numbers and an email you can be reached at, I can provide PDFs or other full-text copies. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of assistance and sorry for the belated reply. Best regards. ConleyClare (talk) 19:28, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
::::Hi BBCLCD. I wanted to check-in on your opinion on the expanded Cristiano Amon ↗ page draft here ↗ now that it addresses your feedback; and any paywalled citations you'd like me to produce. Let me know. Best regards. ConleyClare (talk) 20:14, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
:::::I think that we cannot simply replace my text by yours, as it would run under the same title ''Cristiano Amon''. It would be compulsory to include the ''View history'' section of my old entry. What you could do is add additional info or make changes to my present entry. I then would approve it. BBCLCD (talk) 11:35, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
::::::Hi BBCLCD. Thanks for getting back to me and your work on the page thus far. If you like, I can make additions to the page, then ping you at Talk:Cristiano_Amon ↗ to review my additions. However, I believe best practice for an editor with a conflict of interest or affiliation is that I'm supposed to request an impartial editor like yourself make the edits without me making any changes directly. Let me know and thanks again. ConleyClare (talk) 19:12, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

Recent edit reversion
In this edit here ↗, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy ↗.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.
I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. <span style="color:#000E2F;padding:0 4px;font-family: Copperplate Gothic Light">S Philbrick</span><span style=";padding:0 4px;color:# 000;font-family: Copperplate Gothic Light">(Talk)</span> 21:36, 28 November 2023 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi BBCLCD. Thank you for your work on Jeremy Richardson (chemist) ↗. Another editor, Mariamnei, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol ↗ and left the following comment:
{{Bq|1=Thank you for your work on this article. Please add more sources and footnotes to back up each claim with a reliable source. While I believe that sources likely exist to establish notability as per WP:NPROF ↗, this is not clear from the article. Thanks and have a great day!}}
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{code|<nowiki>{{Re|</nowiki>Mariamnei<nowiki>}}</nowiki>}}. <small>(Message delivered via the Page Curation ↗ tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)</small><!-- Template:Sentnote-NPF -->

Jeremy Richardson (chemist) ↗ moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Jeremy Richardson (chemist) ↗. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because '''it needs more sources to establish notability''' and '''there is currently no evidence of notability'''.
I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page ↗.
When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Ldm1954 (talk) 13:50, 7 July 2026 (UTC)
