It been two weeks since the previous reviewer looked at it and its not changed since. Its now got a notability tag which means I have got to address it since the process had come full circle. If I don't address it, the next reviewer will need to and there is a WP:NPP ↗ sprint on, so somebody will come in the next couple of days to look at it. I don't want to delete, but I don't know what else to do. There must be a core reason that article was written in the first place. I just wish I knew what it was.
