Hi I just saw your modification of Wikipedia:WikiProject_Football/Fully_professional_leagues ↗. Could you cite from the document that you added as a source (in Romanian and a translation please) where it says it is a fully professional league i.e. all players are pro. I found a lot of mentions about the obligations for professional players to have a contract but nowhere that says that all players have to be professional.
