I'm very unsure that 2020 FSA Federation Cup ↗ deserves its own article in Wikipedia, whereas the following years' competition certainly does. Given that the competition was cancelled before it commenced. The bulk of the article is the round 1 details of matches that were never played. To me this article does not meet WP:GNG ↗ at all (whereas the following years' competition does). On the other hand, if it has no parents then it will eventually get reviewed by a more experienced editor, whereas if you create it with one parent like :Category:Football SA Federation Cup seasons ↗, it could remain like that indefinitely.
