Acrisure Series

Thanks for creating Acrisure Series ↗. I noticed that LIU played campus-site games at both Minnesota and Iowa, which were in different brackets. In order for those games to be considered part of the same qualifying MTE for NCAA scheduling rules, the organizers need to be treating all the brackets of the Acrisure Series as a single MTE. Therefore, it makes no sense for Wikipedia to have separate articles on each bracket. I am going to work on the Acrisure Series page with the goal of merging all the content from the other articles and then make the other articles redirects to Acrsure Series. Curious as to why you are reverting my edits

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/48155068/steelers-adding-cb-jamel-dean-3-year-deal-agent-says

Please explain why you are reverting edits (for example Jamel Dean ↗) to trades on NFL signings thanks Stubbleboy23 (talk) 20:26, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

:Per WP:SPORTSTRANS ↗, reports from Adam Schefter ↗, Ian Rapoport ↗ and other media are not official since it is based on anonymous sources ↗ and not official team publications/announcements. These should not be reflected on player pages until: (1) the new NFL year starts (in this case March 11, 2026) and (2) the team(s) involved officially announce the signing. There are several examples on when a signing is reported by one of these insiders, but falls through for various reasons, so it's best to wait until the team officially announces it (most likely March 11) before making the update. Hope this helps! Publicwalrus (talk) 20:31, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, I'm Discospinster. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source ↗. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable ↗. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation ↗, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-unsourced1 --> <span style="color:DarkGray">...</span> <span style="color:DarkOrange">'''disco'''</span><span style="color: #556B2F">'''''spinster'''''</span> '''<span style="color:DarkGray">talk</span>''' 01:42, 24 April 2026 (UTC)

:The reversions you have made are for players that have just been selected in the 2026 NFL Draft ↗. They are easily verifiable, but may need some time to be caught up. Please be patient on that front (or add the reliable source ↗ yourself if you can) and do not revert it as others have stated. Publicwalrus (talk) 01:48, 24 April 2026 (UTC)

Please create templates only when they are usable

The US college basketball season doesn't start for months, so it's too soon to be creating templates like {{tl|2026–27 Mountain West Conference men's basketball standings}}. If you insist on creating them early, please use them in a draft article in Draft space or in your User space. – Jonesey95 (talk) 19:26, 20 June 2026 (UTC)

:'''2038 FIFA World Cup Bid'''
:Is it up to you to decide everything? There are links and sources, they'll officially announce it as soon as the bid opens. Don't worry, otherwise I'll even write 2042, 2046, and beyond! Rapidfirreee (talk) 01:12, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
::If there is an article about Saudi Arabia's 2034 FIFA World Cup bid, why can't we also leave Italy's bid for 2038?
::It also seems that the United States also wants to make a new bid. Like Germany too. Rapidfirreee (talk) 01:28, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
:::You are always welcome to create reliably sourced articles. Unused templates, however, are typically deleted. A good clue that your sidebar or standings template is not useful is that it is full of red links. – Jonesey95 (talk) 04:13, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
