We don't need to list all of a subject's occupations for people to be able to realise they have found the article they're looking for.

For instance, your edit actually goes against MOS:ENGVAR ↗ as it mixes both versions in the same article, even for the same word. Hence, I cannot see any improvement from your edit, quite the contrary. Could you please point me to the regulation from which you draw your reasoning? Otherwise, I consider your edits as erroneous. I removed the redlink entries per WP:LISTBIO ↗, and I don't see any notices, or talk page discussions, saying this article allows exceptions. Can you shed any light on this? ::Well, being sourced and fitting the topic of the page is generally not enough. As per WP:LISTPEOPLE ↗, the subject needs to meet Wikipedia's notability requirement before being added to lists.
