:@XYZ 250706 you know how to request a draft. Creating it without attribution is disruptive. Given the concerns raised at ANI and at the AfD, I have partially blocked you from this article. You remain free to edit elsewhere, but if you continue to be disruptive you'll lose further access. <span style="color:#be33ff;">Star</span> <span style="color:#ff33da;">Mississippi</span> 14:20, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
{{unblock reviewed |1=Your reason here XYZ 250706 (talk) 11:36, 31 January 2025 (UTC) I did not know about the rule stating that a draft cannot be created without attribution. I may have made mistakes during AfDs but I didn't vandalise the article and made any disruptive edits in the article. Therefore I am requesting to be unblocked. |decline = You know perfectly well that this was not the only concern. You know because you were told so here on this page and you deleted that comment. I have to assume this unblock request was therefore made in bad faith. Stay away from P. Shanmugam. Don't make another unblock request until you have a substantial history of '''trouble-free''' edits in unrelated subject areas. Yamla (talk) 11:39, 31 January 2025 (UTC)}}
Unblock
{{unblock reviewed|decline=Having reviewed this, I'm not convinced unblocking is a good idea. I'd echo what was said when your last unblock request was declined, I think {{tq| a substantial history of trouble-free edits in unrelated subject area}} would make your case more compelling. There are still nearly seven million pages you are not blocked from editing. Beeblebrox <sup>Beebletalks</sup> 22:30, 8 February 2025 (UTC)|1=The main concern of the partial block on the page P. Shanmugam (CPIM) ↗ was because of my creation of draft without attribution. Yes, I may have made mistakes during AfDs (bludgeoning), but I had (have) tried to rectify that. This block possibly also prevents me from using citation bot.}}
- No, you were blocked because you were disruptive at the AfD and elsewhere. I told you I wouldn't give you the draft but another admin might and instead of following process, you end ran it. Nothing you have shown indicates you're ready to edit this article without even more disruption. I will not decline, but I do not recommend accepting. You can edit literally every other page of the project. <span style="color:#be33ff;">Star</span> <span style="color:#ff33da;">Mississippi</span> 21:41, 8 February 2025 (UTC)
:{{yo|Star Mississippi}} I'm trying to make sure I understand what went on here before accepting or declining this. I can see the bludgeoning at the AFD easily enough, what with all the unnecessary bolding, I take it that this user asked you to restore it as a draft, you declined to do so because you didn't trust them to handle it responsibly, and they recreated it by apparently copy-pasting a cached version of it from somewhere? Is that about right? Beeblebrox Beebletalks 22:02, 8 February 2025 (UTC)
::Correct @Beeblebrox.
::Note I will try not to bludgeon ↗ and here's the ANI ↗. They do not appear to respect consensus or listen to feedback. The draft is now back in mainspace thanks to the work of two other editors and I don't think XYZ editing it will be productive. As with the draft should they have gone to Refund, I have no objection should you choose to unblock. <span style="color:#be33ff;">Star</span> <span style="color:#ff33da;">Mississippi</span> 22:19, 8 February 2025 (UTC)

XYZ 250706, why do you need to use the citationbot (whatever that is)? Why can you not just complete citation templates manually like I do?
My impression is that bot editing tools often (but not always) make errors completing citation templates, for example: <code><nowiki>|last1=info medias |first1=the</nowiki></code> when it should have said <code><nowiki>||last1=Sharma |first1=Deepak</nowiki></code>.correction made here. ↗ You do not need citationbot; you will probably become a better Wikipedia editor if you never know it exists.<span style="font-family:Monotype Corsiva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000">-- Toddy1 (talk)</span> 09:56, 9 February 2025 (UTC)

:::::: One more thing, reFill does some urls that the bot does not. It also will merge duplicate references into things like <nowiki><ref name=auto/></nowiki>, which is aweseome. BUT, it sometimes completely hoses that job up and deletes refs. Also, it is less picky about data quality and sometimes will add titles such as "Girls girls girls!!!" to hyjacked domains. Lastly, it "updates" URLS which is often really good, but sometimes horrible. Regarding our edit disputes
I really appreciate you trying to engage in discussions as you have been. I believe we should finally settle the disputes we have, so we can get it over with. I was also somewhat at fault for overreacting to the whole situation, such as when I opened the discussion against you at ANI and I am sorry. We both made mistakes. I am going to open official dispute resolution between us for the history section of the Politburo and the inclusion of far-left on the Infobox of CPIM. I hope we can settle this cordially and on good terms. Regarding Article Next Indian general election
Hey, XYZ 250706.
You stated "''National parties were added before 2024 elections too to stop edit warring." but inclusion of AAP and CPI in the infobox of "Next Indian general election" was done by you on 17th September 2025; and in the article "2024 Indian general election" these parties are not even mentioned in the infobox. Can you state which discussion are you talking about that does take effect on this article but not on that article.''
Moreover there are 6 national parties in India recognized by the ECI; by your logic we should include all of them here.
Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! TricanaQ (talk) 05:16, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
:@TricanaQ I told before 2024 election, all six national parties were added. I included all of them at first and one editor told that BSP and NPP should be removed as they have no seat. XYZ 250706 (talk) 05:17, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
::@XYZ 250706 This page had only one edit before "2024 elections" and in that only BJP and Congress was mentioned in the infobox; in the recent edits of this page by you, lots of parties were mentioned in the infobox but not AAP and CPI till ''17th September 2025,'' and the criteria set by you seems to be a little flawed given you are including national parties with 3 or 4 seats in the last election but not including parties that are state parties in multiple states with double digit seats but whatever, it should have been first discussed on the talk page before coming to this decision this should be the criteria we use.
::Also, It's also a bit inconsistent that in the article "2024 Indian general election"; AAP and CPI were never part of the infobox; neither before or after the elections. So, your statement "before 2024 election, all six national parties were added" is contradictory for both the articles.
::My opinion is that we should remove AAP and CPI from the infobox till a consensus is reached on the talk page of the article. TricanaQ (talk) 06:04, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
:::@TricanaQ Please see edit history properly. I am not telling lie. Before 2024 election, all six national parties were added for considerable period in 2024 Indian general election ↗ article.
:::Besides those parties are considered major by the conducting body and hence they are given streaming in government media and many other benefits.
:::If you want, you can add all six national parties. There are many times edit warring regarding infobox and hence all six national parties (then BSP and NPP had seats) were added. XYZ 250706 (talk) 06:43, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
Needs a citation
You made this edit on 21 September 2025 ↗ to the article on the :Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh ↗. Please can you add two citations that explicitly support "far-right" next to the term. (Please do not put them at the end of the sentence.)
There are two citations that support "Hindutva" next to that word - they ''only'' support Hindutva.<span style="font-family:Monotype Corsiva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000">-- Toddy1 (talk)</span> 11:29, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
:@Toddy1 I have added one citation regarding Hindutva as a variant of right wing extremism. I have citations like Hindutva being inspired from far-right ideologies like Fascism and Zionism. Should I add them? XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:17, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
::Sorry XYZ 250706, your edits explicitly violate RfC/enwiki procedure and are unacceptable. The current WP:LEDE ↗ of the article was had through multiple WP:CONSENSUS ↗ building discussions involving a multitude of editors and any editor cannot unilaterally overturn that consensus. A proper procedure is RfC, which was done and failed to get any traction. You then alone cannot do away with the results of the RfC which resulted in no consensus for a change for the proposal.
::Please do not try and edit war over this, as a procedural violation I will take such edit warring to ANI or other admins for attention. Gotitbro (talk) 13:47, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
:::@Gotitbro Hey. I am not edit warring. I added far right with citations as told by Toddy1. XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:49, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
::::Toddy was generally advicing you in good faith on how enwiki edits usually follow. But before your latest edits, you were clearly told on the Talk page that your edits are against consensus and against the recent RfC for the same thing, you already have an explicit comment in the article telling you to "Per WP:CONSENSUS ↗, seek a change for the lead sentence through discussion on the Talk page."
::::And since the recent RfC failed to result in any affirmation for the proposal, you shouldn't have made the edits against CONSENSUS. Basic procedural violations should never be made, you did that twice and that is disruptive ↗ edit warring, please refrain from any further edits regarding the lede which don't have prior consensus. Gotitbro (talk) 15:01, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
If you have sources that explicitly say that Hindutva is a far-right ideology, and the article already has sources that support the statement that RSS is Hindutva, you cannot combine them to say that RSS is far right. See :WP:SYNTH ↗, which says "Do not combine material from multiple sources to state or imply a conclusion not explicitly stated by any of the sources."<span style="font-family:Monotype Corsiva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000">-- Toddy1 (talk)</span> 18:14, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
If you have sources that say that Hindutva was inspired by far-right ideologies, that does not necessarily support that Hindutva is a far-right ideology. If you doubt this:
- The existence of crime inspired societies to create police forces.
- The Bolshevik take-over of Russia, inspired the creation of far-right movements in the rest of Europe in the 1920s.
- The British use of concentration camps in the Second Boer War ↗ in 1900-03, inspired the Nazis to create their own concentration camps in entirely different circumstances in Germany in the 1930s.

2025 Bihar election
Hi @XYZ 250706. I have reverted your recent edit wherein you have removed the INC candidate from the Bachhwara Assembly constituency. For now, the candidate remains a Congress/MGB candidate. However, when the candidate withdraws or INC takes away their symbol from the candidate making them an Independent candidate, then the candidate's name can be removed from MGB candidates list. Dhruv edits (talk) 05:31, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
:@Dhruv edits There has been a misunderstanding. CPI candidate is the candidate supported by MGB. So we should add CPI only. A side note can be added to mention that INC has fielded candidate against CPI outside MGB. XYZ 250706 (talk) 09:28, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
::@XYZ 250706 Is there any source for this? INC wouldn't give their symbol unless they want the candidate to contest as MGB candidate. Dhruv edits (talk) 09:48, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
:::@Dhruv edits Congress have fielded candidates against RJD also. So your statement saying "INC wouldn't give their symbol unless they want the candidate to contest as MGB candidate" is totally untrue. Poster posted by CPI says their candidate is supported by MGB (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1MaDdH51TM/). Besides RJD and CPIM workers are actively working for CPI candidate. You can see various social media posts. XYZ 250706 (talk) 17:30, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
::::Congress is having friendly contests with both RJD and CPI. Nothing to support that Congress candidates are not part of MGB, but RJD and CPI candidates are MBG candidates. Even VIP is contesting against RJD on one Constituency and both candidates are shown. Whenever 2 alliance parties contest on the same seats, both candidates are shown, as evident in previous Indian election articles. Dhruv edits (talk) 17:37, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
:::::@XYZ 250706 Actions of campaign staff and supporters is irrelevant. Also, as per this report ↗, CPI should be contesting in 6 seats in MGB alliance, however they are contesting 9 seats. So we aren't removing CPI candidates as well. Dhruv edits (talk) 17:43, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
::::::@Dhruv edits CPI has only 6 candidates supported by the alliance. Keep those only and for each candidate of the alliance-member party outside alliance, we should add a side note. Congress candidate in Bachhwara is not MGB supported. If it was supported by MGB, then the number of MGB supported CPI candidates would have been five. XYZ 250706 (talk) 04:33, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
:::::::@XYZ 250706. I understand your point; but the issue is that there is no source telling us that our of the 4 seats where it is Congress vs CPI, which 3 have Congress as MGB candidate and which 1 seat has CPI as MGB candidate. Further, the report which I shared with you doesn't include IIP in the calculation (55 Cong + 30 Left + 15 VIP), which makes the numbers in that report incorrect. Unilaterally deciding which candidate is the true MGB candidate in these seats without proper sources to back it up will amount to Original Research ↗, so it cannot be done. Neutral POV at election articles
@XYZ 250706 It is clear that you are adding Left Parties in election article infoboxes even when they are clearly not major contenders for winning such elections basis last election and reliable sources. Your edits might look biased towards left parties, please make sure that guidelines at MOS:INDELECT ↗ are followed and election pages should follow WP:Neutrality ↗. Achieve a consensus on article talk pages instead of making such edits against consensus again and again. Dhruv edits (talk) 13:20, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:@Dhruv edits I have given sources. Besides in 2021 election, the left led alliance was regarded as major contender before election. XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:21, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::@XYZ 250706. I am talking about 2026 WB election and Next Lok Sabha election. CPI(M) is not a major contender for winning the election in either of the 2 elections. For 2026 election, no opinion polls are released yet, so we have to go by the last election results. Dhruv edits (talk) 13:32, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::@Dhruv edits Doesn't Wikipedia see media coverage? Btw LF has more than 5% votes in 2021 elections. XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:34, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::Getting more than 5% of the seats are not the criteria for the election infobox inclusion. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 13:38, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::@XYZ 250706 There is not any arbitrary vote share % for adding parties to infobox. For example - NDA had 12% vote share in Kerala in 2021, but they are still not a major contender in the sate for 2026. Media coverage for TMC and BJP is far greater than INC or CPIM. 1 ↗ 2 ↗ 3 ↗ 4 ↗ Dhruv edits (talk) 13:48, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::Election box only includes parties who has significant enough seats and are influential enough to win the election. It is not an all inclusive list. Communist Party of India (Marxist) ↗ doesn't fullfill any of those 2 criteria for inclusion.
::By repeatedly adding the party in different election infoboxes you have showed your political biasness. Get consensus in the page talk page before any controversial edit. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 13:42, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Your comment doesn't seem neutral at all. I had given sources in the edit summaries. Btw I was having discussions with Dhruv edits. But you came here on your own and are landing potential personal attacks. Besides learn English grammar properly dear. "Showed" is past tense and the word "shown" should be used after the word "have". XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:49, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::@XYZ 250706 You have given one source in edit summary and that is about 2024 Lok Sabha election, nothing to do with 2026 WB election. Stop shoehorning Left parties in infobox of election articles with misleading sources in edit summaries. This is a clear case of disruptive editing ↗ and WP:POV ↗. Dhruv edits (talk) 14:04, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::::@Dhruv edits In 2021? LF + Cong had 77 seats in 2016 election (previous to 2021). So they must be major contender before election? XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:33, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::::They were major contenders in 2016 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election ↗, in which article there're already added in the infobox. But not in 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election ↗, where they're not added in the infobox. Stop trying to reframe the narrative and deviate the discussion by bringing in major contender status in '''Before the Election''' and '''After the Election'''. There is no such catagory in election infobox for such. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 15:20, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 You removed both CPIM and INC from infobox. They were previously added (not by me) in 2021 article. XYZ 250706 (talk) 15:41, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::::::Indian National Congress ↗ is in the infobox of 2024 Indian general election in West Bengal ↗. Because they won a seat and therefore is significant enough for inclusion. Please see thoroughly. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 15:44, 25 December 2025 (UTC)

::@Dhruv edits In 2024 election in WB article also, CPIM was added as per the source. But Kalpesh Manna removed that also. He was in edit warring with another editor. XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:36, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::Parties with zero representation is not significant enough for inclusion. Indian National Congress ↗ and Communist Party of India (Marxist) ↗ won 44 and 26 seats respectively in 2016 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election ↗ and they're in those articles' infoboxes also.
:::But Communist Party of India (Marxist) ↗ didn't win even a single seat in 2024 Indian general election in West Bengal ↗ and 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election ↗. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 15:15, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 I am not asking you bro. Btw as far as I know, the rule is that parties which were considered major before elections should be added to the infobox. XYZ 250706 (talk) 15:40, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::::Can you please cite the rule within Wikipedia? Or show such precedent in other election articles? ::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Read the election article structure for India. Wikipedia's rule states that the major contenders should not be removed from infobox after the results are declared even if they get 0 seats, because they "were" the major contenders "during" the election. Hence, CPIM and INC should be added to 2021 infobox. XYZ 250706 (talk) 16:20, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::::::::::And who exactly designated them as '''"Major Contenders"''' in the election? Because the public didn't, judging by their election results. And how do you define this vague catagory? Like why Bahujan Samaj Party ↗ shouldn't be considered as a major contender in the election. They all got the same number of seats afterall. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 16:32, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
::::::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 The alliance had 77 MLAs before election (at the time of election)... Besides they got coverage in reliable media as major force.. XYZ 250706 (talk) 19:50, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
:::::::::::::First of all election infoboxes include political parties, not alliances. Secondly the catagory of the '''Major Contender''' in any election is very broadly defined. No party can claim to be a '''Major Contender''' in a election despite having no actual representation. Thirdly by your own logic Communist Party of India (Marxist) ↗ shouldn't be included in the inbox of 2026 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election ↗<nowiki/>as it currently doesn't have any representation in the legislative assembly. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 04:13, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
::I suggest you to raise this issue in the talk page of the article. Discuss with other editors, get consensus if possible through voting. This is a controversial topic and we two alone shouldn't be able to decide the whole perspective. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 04:16, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
Final thoughts
@Kalpesh Manna 2002 'Major contender' for any election is determined before the election and not after. It is based on the last election performance, extensive coverage in reliable media leading up to the election, opinion polls etc. Even if a party that was a major contender for election ends up with zero seats, it still was a major contender for that election. As a usual practice, we do not remove a major contender from infobox/ candidates section etc even if their performance was poor unless in some extreme case a small party/junior alliance member was added by mistake to the infobox. For eg - In 2015 Delhi elections, Congress was clearly a major party based on last election and coverage in reliable media sources, but ended up with 0 seats. For 2021 WB election, I agree with @XYZ 250706 that CPIM having significant seats and vote share in previous election and being extensively covered in reliable media sources for that election, were clearly a major contender for the election despite ending up with 0 seats. Similarly, it was considered a major contender in 2019 LS elections in WB. However, in my understanding of guidelines of MOS:INDELECT ↗ as explained above, CPIM was not a major contender for 2024 LS elections and is not for 2026 WB election based on media coverage as of today.

But as per ECI, the candidate of Sagardighi is shown as SDPI only (not ISF) and hence they together should not be shown as 31 (it will be shown 30 or 29 as nomination of ISF candidate of Samserganj has been rejected) unlike in case of CPIM, MFB and RCPI are together shown as CPIM candidates by ECI as CPIM has reserved symbol.
::::That's another matter if you think adding independents labelled in the name of alliance is problematic. Don't blame me for those articles. XYZ 250706 (talk) 09:00, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::Exactly what I was saying. Party candidates should be updated as per rejection of their affidavits. Even in the case of MRB or RCPI nobody is claiming that they're part of CPIM. Adding them together is just a visual choice not a political one. All the parties are technically separate, nobody is doubting that. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 10:25, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 You are not probably getting my point. ECI is showing MFB and RCPI candidates as CPIM candidates as CPIM's symbol is reserved nationally. But ECI is not showing SDPI candidate as ISF candidate. So their symbol can be added together. But adding them together as 31 is not correct. You can check my version of that section carefully to have better clarification of my point. XYZ 250706 (talk) 10:48, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::ECI is showing the candidates of MFB and RCPI as CPI(M), correct? But Wikipedia is not. Instead we choose to show the candidates of those 2 parties as separate but fighting under same electoral symbol. If you go by the ECI logic then those parties shouldn't be included in the table at all. Because officially they're not even contesting. My proposal is that we should display all the parties regardless of which symbol they're contesting under. It is simple and easy. Just an extra column to show the candidates which are contesting on the same symbol while also displaying all the parties seperately unlike Election Commission of India. I think it is a good compromise. What's your opinion? Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 13:16, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Ahh... You are still not getting my point. Please check two tables below and notice the difference between them. I am opining for that change for specific reason. XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:16, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Or if you have different proposal, please add your table here. XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:27, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::::::My version of the table is already added. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 15:33, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Now check my version of the table. I am telling that as number of CPIM's candidate is calculated as 197; same shouldn't be done for ISF as ECI doesn't do so and ISF doesn't have any reserved symbol so that SDPI candidate for contesting in envelope symbol will appear as ISF candidate. That's why I removed 31. I don't know whether I am able to clarify my point. XYZ 250706 (talk) 16:19, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::::::::No I understand what you're saying. See number of CPI(M) candidates are not calculated as 197, it is still 195 as per table. The last column indicates the number of parties fighting under the same symbol not the number of the party candidates itself. Which is listed in the column before that. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 17:07, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 For CPI(M), it will be correct as it is reserved symbol. But for ISF, it will not be correct as it's itself an unrecognised party and lacks a fixed symbol. Actually the method is done for adding minor parties (which are contesting on symbol of a major party) together with that major party. Otherwise, for example, SUCI is contesting in 230 seats and in other 64 seats, there can be candidates who are contesting on torch symbol too, we are not adding them together. SUCI itself is contesting in different symbols in different constituencies of Tamil Nadu (although they are not added in Wikipedia). XYZ 250706 (talk) 17:38, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 Total number of CPI(M) candidates will be calculated as 197 and in Wikipedia, that format of table is used in that sense only. XYZ 250706 (talk) 17:43, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::::::::::By that logic MFB and RCPI has to be removed from the Wikipedia table. Because they're not fighting in the election officially according to the Election Commission of India. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 05:02, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::::::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 In case of Tamil Nadu elections also, the all total calculation was done to indicate total number of DMK candidates as per ECI even as the minor parties are added. I am telling that the number 31 should be removed. XYZ 250706 (talk) 10:03, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::::::::::::And we have already added 197 as total CPIM candidates in the table. XYZ 250706 (talk) 10:24, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::ISF and SDPI is counted togather in any version of the election table. The table clearly shows 30 and 1 numbers for number of seats contested by them. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 11:50, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
::::::@Kalpesh Manna 2002 They are contesting on same symbol. But together they shouldn't be counted as 31 as total number of ISF candidates is not 31. I am objecting to that part only (I mean just remove 31) for a totally valid, technical and logical reason. For example, in 2026 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election ↗, a total of 176 candidates are added to DMK even as its actual number of candidates is 164 and some minor parties are contesting on its symbol and hence officially (as per ECI), its number of candidates is 176. But the case is not same for ISF. XYZ 250706 (talk) 14:12, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:::::::@Dhruv edits XYZ 250706 (talk) 15:56, 22 April 2026 (UTC)
:On the Darjeeling Assembly constituency ↗ page I completely support your move also. Candidates will be rearranged after the announcement of the results anyway according to the number of votes they get. Good job. Kalpesh Manna 2002 (talk) 13:19, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
